Ira is a great realtor. He is on top of everything, and has a terrific grasp on the needs of his clients, how they impact the sale, and fair resolutions. We worked with Ira during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic when the inventory was/is so low (High demand, low supply) and he exceeded our expectations. He knew what we wanted and shared with us places that he knew we would like to see.
