I have a great house selling experience with Ira Goodman who is very professional, responsible, honest, serious and proactive for my house sale. He is the best realtor who I ever met in my life. Ira and I met based on the recommendation of my previous realtor who bought the house for me 20 year ago. It has been 10 years after my family left the New Jersey house to another state. During the 10 year time, we did not find a serious buyer who gives a reasonable price and loves our house, therefore, we had to rent and sell, and rent and sell again for couple times. I told Ira the stories about the house., how much money and effort I had put on his house such as renovated 3 new bathrooms, updated various utility equipment, changed new roof, re-built new garage and removed underground oil tank, converted oil to natural gas. etc. This 93-year old house has its host stories and interesting history from the three owners. I treated this house as if it is my daughter who needs to marry a good man.

Ira understood my feelings very well. Since I don't live in the area of the house, Ira treated my house as if his own house. He come to the house often, proactively hired someone to clean all windows before taking 360 degree virtual tour photography. He also fund a good landscape company for me to take care of lawn mow after comparing 3 quotes. He studied the listing price thoroughly and came up a reasonable price that we both agreed each other. Due to his good preparedness, my house got 3 offers within 2 days on the market. During the house show, Ira presented in my house for all 30+ potential buyers who have been toured online and provided pre-approved bank loan letters. My house was sold $15 K more than the listing price. To address the buyers request, he proactively removed a tree stump and found a bird control company to remove bird nest from outlet of fume hood. Before closing of the sale, Ira helped me to contact the township fire inspection and get occupancy certificate. Again Ira bought smoke detector and fire extinguisher before the inspection and found suitable vendor to build 3 pieces of concrete on the walk way per our township's request. I really appreciate what Ira has done for my family.

Superb realtor! Not only does he keep you informed and updated always, he goes beyond to make it an easy convenient process such as keeping unit presentable and clean, making runs to home depot for minor fixes, registering the unit through the town etc. Most importantly hes honest and supported me when I was in doubt.
